If you are with your HP printer stopped because LaserJet 2600/2600n not support the high cost of new HP toner cartridges. Once that is done to recharge toner and puts the printer does not recognize it and keeps asking for the replacement of the toner. For this, each toner has a chip with the capability to score the amount of dust exists in your tank "toner" and registers the printing of impressions.

You can put up a new chip, but besides changing the cost of recharging, there is waste of powder, because the original system of the chip does not leave the printer to empty the dust completely, this leftover powder is wasted. Generally in the charging of toner powder can mix the rest of old and new.

TIPs

Here's a hint: configure the printer module to ignore the lack of toner, and oh yes, you can recharge without worrying about the exchange of the chip. 

1 - Enter the main menu, press the button (ARROW DIERITA) before. 

configure and press (SELECT); 

2 - Press (RIGHT ARROW) to Print quality press (SELECT); 

3 - Press (RIGHT ARROW) to Replace supplies and press (SELECT); 

4 - Press (RIGHT ARROW) to ignore missing and press (SELECT);

HP LaserJet 2600n Toner Cartridges

Your printer is ready to receive the cartridges remanufactured and refilled without recognition of the original chip. This is a way to lower costs. 

Note Because the printer is working with the chip reset, you observe the right time to make the new recharge, this happens when the text is lighter and the count of pages will be made from the exchange of the toner should be writing down the numbers contained in the file of the printer.

Will this work if you want to print in black toner only, ignoring that a toner is out of ink? & message says to replace "cyan" toner. I have changed my settings on my computer to grayscale but it will still not print.

says i have to replace cyan cartridge..Geeze
